A SPECIAL kind of corruption flourishes when governments become too powerful.
It infects public bodies so that they cease to serve the people and turn into the biased and dishonest tools of the State. It puts the friends and families of Ministers in positions of undue influence even although they hold no public office. It is based on the fear of retaliation and the hope of favour. It pollutes the institutions of free government.

The Bent Coppers of Dorset

We quote from a letter dated 17 April 2202 to Mr Peter Jones, Melpash Farmhouse, Melpash, Bridport DT6 3UH. Mr Jones is Chairman of the Dorset Police Authority.
"This letter has been sent to your home address, because Dorset Police appear to be the only police authority that has its Clerk's office in the police H.Q. Furthermore the Clerk to the Police Authority has an outstanding criminal allegation levelled against him in this letter, and our client believes that it would be improper for him to be dealing with this correspondence because of this."

Comment: The Clerk is or was Peter Harvey who has his finger on almost everything in Dorset and in Dorset County Council which he once served. In the solicitors' letter serious allegations are also made against Deputy Chief Constable Pothecary and Superintendent Brazier. Pothecary is the clown with the silver knobbed swagger cane who shared a rocking caravan with a busty barmaid much to his wife's chagrin. Swaggering Pothecary has been quite a lady's man. Like May and Aldous before him, he is on the way out. Chief Constable Stichbury is likely to follow. Two solicitors have died -suicide or murder? -Open verdict? Superintendent Brazier, head of the Complaints and Discipline Department and of the Professional Standards Unit, is still brazening it out but should also seek early retirement. He recently wrote to Mr Coulter sating that Dorset Police would not deal with him over the telephone. His letter was headed "If telephoning please ask for Superintendent Brazier."
It was Brazier who failed the Masefields over their complaint about the perjuring solicitor and the land theft condoned by the Land Registry. The Legal Services Ombudsman, Ann Abraham, proved that the Masefields had a case against solicitor M----e (West Dorset District Council) and Privy Council solicitors Jacobsens. Because the Masefield case was successful on the basis of the incompetence of Abraham office personnel who shot themselves in the foot the Masefields still await the verdict in their favour. Abraham and the Office for the Supervision of Solicitors are still protecting bent solicitors in Donald Clifford v. Ministry of Defence action.

The Crooked Charities Commission

During the week the Charities Commission has delivered an ultimatum to a Muslim Cleric to stop him preaching in a Mosque because his speeches have a political flavour. The ratbags have ignored for years the fact that Barclays Bank Trust Company, trustees for the Combined Charities Trust, allowed the charity to be defrauded right, left and centre. Recently we provided conclusive evidence, which was ignored by the ratbags. Some of the stolen property was unlawfully developed and used for the importation and distribution of cocaine. Another piece was awarded to a district councillor after her council had devalued it. When she acquired it the devaluation conditions were lifted. The land had earlier been offered free of charge to Tiggywinkles, as a location for an animal sanctuary. Tiggywinkles did not accept the offer because Chiltern District Council informed it that the area was an important wild life habitat and that planning permission would be refused. Within weeks of the acquisition the councillor had a bungalow type building erected on the site.

I have nothing against Arabs, but a lot of them seem to hate me. Not as an individual, but just as an American. I think I understand why.
An eight-year-old Arab boy was shot the other day. He died at the hospital. I paid for the bullet that killed him.
It happened in Nablus, on the West Bank, the territory claimed and occupied by Israel. Some schoolchildren threw stones at a jeep driven by Israeli soldiers, who opened fire.
The boy was hit in the chest. One witness said he wasn't among those throwing stones and was about a hundred yards from the jeep. The Israelis say the kids were throwing unspecified "explosive devices." So the eight-year-old was killed in self-defense.
Maybe this was a horrible accident. But I don't think so. These "accidents" happen too often. The Israelis have shot more than a few children. It's getting to be a habit. It no longer shocks.
And Americans like me pay for the bullets. The Arabs know this. That's why some of them dislike Americans. All I can say is that I regret it and I wish I had a choice. A mere taxpayer has no choice.
Maybe the Arabs think that even taxpayers should consult their consciences -- or at least their interests. But few Americans are disturbed by these killings. They make no connections. When Arabs retaliate against American targets, Americans say, "Why do they hate us? It must be because we're free."
But if we were really free, we could refuse, as individuals, to support these outrages. Yes, Arab murders of Israeli children are horrible too, but at least we aren't forced to pay for those murders. Paying for the murder of Arab children is now part of what it means to be an American. I figure that my share of American aid to Israel has bought quite a few bullets for Israeli soldiers by now.
One of those soldiers looked through his sight, took aim at a little boy's chest, and squeezed the trigger. What kind of man could even bear to do that? I don't know, but Israel seems to produce quite a few of them. One such man is now Israel's prime minister, Ariel Sharon. So were several of his predecessors.
Abba Eban died the other day. I hadn't realized he was still alive. During the 1967 Arab-Israeli war, Eban spoke for Israel at the United Nations with an eloquence nobody who heard him will ever forget. He convinced millions of us that Israel was a beleaguered island of civilization in a savage part of the world. Terrorism meant Arab terrorism, almost by definition.
That was my view for 15 years. It took Israel's terrifying bombing of Beirut in 1982 to change my mind. That was Ariel Sharon's finest hour, so to speak. It convinced even many American Jews that Abba Eban's Israel no longer existed, if it ever had.
Put it this way. It's very hard to imagine Abba Eban shooting a child. It isn't hard at all to imagine Sharon doing it. The only question is how many times he has actually done it.
You might think that, just from the standpoint of public relations, Sharon would tell his soldiers to be a little more careful. And you might think this country's Israel lobby would suggest that he try a little more of the Eban approach.
But during the 1967 war, Israelis like Sharon learned that they could get away with anything, including killing American sailors. If American aid not only continued but increased after the Israelis murdered Americans, Sharon can be sure it won't stop because they kill Arab children.
The Arabs have noticed. And they have drawn conclusions not only about Israel, but about Americans. They must find American preaching about democracy and human rights a little annoying.
How often Americans say of foreign races, "Those people only understand one thing: force." Might certain foreigners have some reason to say those words about Americans?
The United States is on the verge of war for the alleged purpose of making sure Saddam Hussein never gets "weapons of mass destruction." Ariel Sharon already has those weapons, and in abundance. The Arabs know this too.
American Middle Eastern policy seems based on the assumption that the Arabs won't notice the obvious. But if the murder of their children doesn't shock us, neither should their hatred.

Duplicitous Darling - Transport Secretary

It is no surprise that Darling has gone back on his word and decided on a massive road building programme. Ever since the days of Ernest Marples and probably before that road construction was seen as a milch cow for politicians and their friends. Questions were first asked about Darling in connection with his attempt to purchase a mansion in a select district of Edinburgh. He is one of the Scottish Mafia. When the Eastern Traffic Area crooks were awarding vehicle operators' licences for the drug site next to us we complained to Darling at great length. We made out a watertight case for refusing a licence but did not get a scratch of a pen from Darling. His arrogance has always been mind boggling - a symptom of Masonic membership. As the late Alan Clark, MP and historian said, "Labour are only in it for the money". The same applies to Tories and probably Liberals.
Darling allowed the drug site to keep its licence. It was closed down within three months for the usual reason. It had gone into liquidation. A few million pounds of drug money would be recycled.
The decision to squander money on roads in these overcrowded islands instead of on public transport is absolute folly. One bus is equivalent to about 50 cars. Buses today and trains tomorrow!
We think that English residents should insist that MPs for Scottish constituencies should sit in the Scottish Parliament. It was the Scottish Mafia, which pushed through the devolution bill and ensured that its particular kind of poison sullied democratic government in the United Kingdom. Alun Michael, Stephen Byers, John Prescott and Peter Mandelson are saints compared with the Scottish Mafia which like the Irish Mafia believes that the English are indebted to them for past exploitation. There is some truth in that but resorting to what is clearly organised crime results in destabilisation of a country. It is happening now. Every dog has his day and it cannot come too soon for most of our politicians.

Labour and Real Estate

The beggars on horseback are determined to own not just one property but several properties to enable them to retire and live on rental income. The national newspapers are now playing down the Cherie Blair scandal when they should be asking more questions. For example who bought the Blairs' former home in Islington? Why did the government attempt to expedite the deportation of the Australian crook Peter Foster when it looked as if he had bought immunity from deportation and possibly a British passport? How does the government explain the discrepancies between Foster's statement and that of Mrs Blair? What part has the D Notice Committee played in protecting the Blairs?

Comment: If this email was not backed up by a signed hard copy giving the address of the solicitors it should be ignored. There is no such thing as a Freemason. If Mr Linney wants to deny that he is a Mason he should do so and not make a proxy denial through an unnamed third party whose address is unknown and whose denial is unsigned. One doesn't need to be a Mason to be part of a Masonic conspiracy. Non Masons are usually the most dangerous because they are expendable and have to toe the Masonic line or lose immunity from prosecution. We doubt whether solicitors sent the above email.

WW2 War Veteran is fair game for Rugby police

"I went to see a seventy six year old guy last week, who himself is having problems with the police and criminals.
He is a disabled war veteran and recently the police visited him to advise him to have valuable property marked with 'smartwater'. He agreed to this and showed them several thousand pounds worth of power tools in his garage. Within days of them marking these items he had been burgled and robbed of the lot. All he has to show for this is a letter from the Chief Inspector stating that the police do not attend car crime or garage burglaries.
He has a long list of crimes, for which many the police refused crime numbers. Incidentally, regarding problems on some land he cultivates, without any prompting he mentioned that a great deal of that particular problem was due to the Masons. Yours truly, Nemesis."

Comment: The basic problem here is drugs just as it was in Chalfont St Giles. The police, Rugby council and Local Government Ombudsman White are all on the same wavelength. There is so much money involved in the drug deals that there is much collateral corruption. We have no time for people who persist is saying that there is no proof that Freemasonry is involved. It is involved in all corruption which having been exposed goes unpunished. We now have complaints about White covering up the wrongdoing of Chiltern District Council, West Dorset District Council, Lambeth Borough Council and now Rugby council. He is almost certainly a Royal Arch Mason but like other cowardly Masons hides behind a woman's skirts while she states that he is not a Mason but refuses to put the denial in writing. LGO Redmond for Westminster is in our case obliged by law to state whether he is a Mason. Now, like White, he does not deal with our complaint and does not communicate. Sir Christopher Bland of BT is another cowardly type.
